3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth collaboration, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback promptly.

• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes.

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

Failure to provide timely feedback may result in project delays.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

• If you cancel within the first 7 days of a monthly plan, you may receive a 50% refund.

• For quarterly plans, you may receive a 50% refund if canceled within 14 days of the start date.

• Late payments may result in project suspension.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Skycastle will retain ownership of all digital products created for you as we must continue to update and secure. However, we will place your branding on all the digital products created for you.

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio to highlight our work, but if you prefer otherwise, let us know, and we’ll respect your request.

6. Revisions & Project Flow

• We want you to be 100% satisfied with your designs, which is why we offer unlimited revisions as part of your subscription.

• While you’re free to refine your project as much as needed, we highly encourage moving forward to the next tasks in your queue. This ensures steady progress and maximizes the value of your subscription.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and will not share confidential information without your consent.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any materials they provide (e.g., images, text, trademarks).

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.​​​

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.

• Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be settled in a Texas court.
