Skycastle provides custom website development services, including conversion-focused copywriting and integrated digital tools designed to streamline lead generation and client management processes.
All services are delivered on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Limitation of Liability
Skycastle works hard to deliver high quality results, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

Customer acquisition

Revenue increases

Search engine rankings
Our services are designed to improve efficiency, organization, and digital infrastructure. Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their website and business comply with local laws and regulations.

4. Payments and Refunds
You pay a one time fee to build your website, and that includes your first full year of hosting. There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, maintenance fees, or surprise charges.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, either PayPal or Square.
By purchasing our services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment in full according to the agreed terms.

Due to the nature of custom digital services, the following refund policy applies:

100% refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase

50% refund if requested between 24–48 hours of purchase
-
No refunds after 48 hours, as work is considered to have started
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@skycastle.pro

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion

Respond in a timely manner to requests for feedback or materials

Ensure they have rights to any content (text, images, branding) provided to Skycastle
Delays in communication or delivery of materials may impact project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon completion and full payment, the final website and deliverables are transferred to the client for their use.
Skycastle retains the right to:

Use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes

Reuse general frameworks, systems, and non-client-specific methodologies

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Skycastle’s website or services:

For unlawful purposes

To transmit harmful, abusive, or malicious content

To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
We reserve the right to refuse service if misuse is identified.​​

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, particularly in cases of:
