Payments & Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
1. Payment Structure
Skycastle services are provided for a one-time fee, which includes:

Custom website build

One (1) full year of hosting

One (1) Microsoft 365 Business Standard license (single user) for one full year
There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, maintenance fees, or hidden charges associated with your initial purchase.
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including PayPal and Square.
By purchasing our services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize full payment at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom digital services, the following refund policy applies:

100% refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase

50% refund if requested between 24–48 hours of purchase

No refunds after 48 hours, as work is considered to have commenced
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@skycastle.pro.
Refund requests are treated as high priority and are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Please allow additional time for funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
3. Foreign Transaction Fees
If you are charged a foreign transaction fee by your bank or card provider, Skycastle will reimburse the exact fee.
To request reimbursement, email a screenshot of the charge to contact@skycastle.pro. Approved reimbursements are processed within 24–48 hours.
4. Microsoft 365 Licensing
Each website includes one (1) Microsoft 365 Business Standard license for one user, valid for one year.
If additional users (e.g., assistants, staff, or team members) require access, additional licenses must be purchased at Microsoft’s current list price (currently $150, per user, per year).
Skycastle does not charge any additional fee to configure or set up these licenses.
5. Renewal Costs (After Year One)
After the first year, the following services require renewal directly with their respective providers:

Microsoft (Microsoft 365 license)

Approx. $150 per user/year

GoDaddy (custom domain)

Approx. $15/year

Wix (website hosting)

Approx. $100/year

You will receive advance renewal notifications directly from these providers, including options to update billing information.
Skycastle does not control or mark up these renewal fees. These renewal fees will be paid directly to the providers; microsoft.com, godaddy.com, and wix.com.
