Skycastle
Client Agreement
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Welcome to Skycastle. Thank you for choosing us for this big step in your endeavor.
1. Parties
This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
Skycastle, a digital services business operated independently and based in Mexico City, Mexico, providing web design and business systems to clients worldwide ("Skycastle," "we," or "us"); and
The individual or business entity that completes payment via the Skycastle website ("Client" or "you").
This Agreement becomes effective immediately upon the Client completing payment through the US-based Stripe on skycastle.pro.
2. Services
Skycastle will design, build, and configure a complete website and business system for the Client. Depending on the Client’s use case, services may include:
-
Custom domain setup and branding
-
Persuasive copywriting and strategic page layouts
-
SEO foundations and mobile-first design
-
Visitor analytics and fast performance optimization
-
Online self-booking, instant confirmations, and no-show reminders
-
Custom intake forms, client tracking, and feedback surveys
-
Online payments via Stripe or PayPal, including payment links and flexible pricing
-
Recurring billing setup
-
Microsoft 365 business email, Teams, OneDrive, and Authenticator configuration
Not all services listed above may apply to every engagement. The specific components delivered will be determined during the kick-off call based on the Client's business needs and use case.
3. What’s Included
The one-time purchase price covers:
• Custom website build (as scoped during kick-off call)
• One (1) full year of website hosting
• One (1) Microsoft 365 Business Standard license for one user, valid for one year
There are no monthly subscription fees, setup fees, maintenance fees, or hidden charges associated with your purchase.
Additional Users
If additional users (e.g., assistants, staff, or team members) require Microsoft 365 access, additional licenses must be purchased at Microsoft’s current list price (approximately $150 per user, per year). Skycastle will handle the configuration of additional licenses at no extra charge.
Renewal Costs After Year One
After the first year, the following services require renewal directly with their respective providers:
• Microsoft 365 license — approx. $150/user/year (microsoft.com)
• Custom domain — approx. $50/year (godaddy.com)
• Website hosting — approx. $150/year (wix.com)
Skycastle does not control or markup these renewal fees. You will receive advance renewal notifications directly from each provider.
4. Timeline & Delivery
Skycastle will make reasonable efforts to deliver the completed website and system within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timelines depend on timely cooperation from the Client, including providing required content, assets, and feedback.
Delays caused by the Client (including failure to respond within 5 business days) may extend the delivery timeline accordingly, with no penalty to Skycastle.
5. Revisions
The package includes one (1) revision round following the initial delivery. A revision round is defined as a consolidated set of changes submitted in a single communication.
Additional revision rounds beyond the one included may be requested at an additional fee to be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope. Requests for new features, pages, or functionality not included in the original package are considered additional work.
6. Payment
Payment Method
All payments are processed in full at the time of purchase through Stripe, a U.S.-based payment processor. Skycastle accepts credit and debit cards exclusively via Stripe. No other payment methods are accepted.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
International Transaction Fee
Because Skycastle is based in Mexico, some card issuers may apply an international transaction fee. If you are charged one, we will reimburse it in full. Simply email a screenshot of the charge along with the fee amount to contact@skycastle.pro. Approved reimbursements are processed within 24–48 hours.
0% Tax Transparency
Tax Transparency Notice: Skycastle is operated from Mexico. As a foreign-based service provider delivering digital services to clients in the United States, transactions are not subject to U.S. sales tax. This is a lawful benefit of cross-border digital commerce, and the resulting savings are passed on to you in our pricing.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the services provided:
-
Requests for a full refund submitted within 48 hours of payment, or before the kick-off call takes place, will be honored in full.
-
After the kick-off call has occurred, no refunds will be issued, as work will have commenced.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@skycastle.pro.
8. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the Client agrees to:
-
Participate in the kick-off call within a reasonable timeframe after purchase
-
Provide all necessary content, logos, images, copy direction, and access credentials in a timely manner
-
Review and respond to deliverables within 5 business days
-
Consolidate feedback into clear, complete revision requests
Skycastle is not liable for delays resulting from the Client’s failure to meet these responsibilities.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns all rights to the final website content and design delivered by Skycastle, including copy and visual layouts created specifically for the Client.
Skycastle retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, platform licenses) remain subject to their respective license terms. Skycastle will only use assets appropriate for commercial use.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Skycastle will not share the Client’s business data, credentials, or proprietary information with third parties, except as required to deliver the services (e.g., domain registrars, hosting platforms).
11. Limitation of Liability
Skycastle’s total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
Skycastle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost clients, or business interruption.
Skycastle does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, traffic levels, or search engine rankings. Website performance depends on many factors outside Skycastle’s control.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Skycastle’s website or services:
-
For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
-
To transmit harmful, abusive, or malicious content
-
To attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
Skycastle reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if misuse is identified.
13. Termination
Skycastle reserves the right to terminate or refuse service at its discretion, particularly in cases of:
-
Violation of this Agreement
-
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward Skycastle or its representatives
-
Non-payment or fraudulent payment
In the event Skycastle terminates service due to Client violation, no refund will be issued for work already completed. If termination is initiated by Skycastle without cause, a prorated refund will be provided based on work not yet delivered.
14. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith direct communication. Either party may initiate this by contacting the other in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, remotely, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Skycastle and the Client regarding the services described herein. It supersedes any prior conversations, proposals, or representations. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
By completing payment on skycastle.pro, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Agreement in its entirety.
